Welcome to Carrollton Manor Farm - home of Big White Barn Produce.
Located in Buckeystown (Frederick), MD, Carrollton Manor Farm is family owned and operated and rich in history.
Our 200 acre farm is part of the original 10,000 acre land grant of Charles Carroll of Carrollton - the last surviving signer of the Declaration of Independence. It was the home of his granddaughter, Emily McTavish in the mid-1800s. Inscriptions carved in one of our barn doors show subsequent owners...One dated March 1863.
Our fields are rich with limestone and the original stone lime kiln is still standing.
In addition to our delicious naturally grown vegetables, we grow top quality hay, and raise thoroughbred race horses.
